Announcing An All New Fweest
October 10-16, 2010

This year we are making an effort to bring in other cycling friendly organizations who have supported the Boure Bike Fweest in the past - the Durango Wheel Club, Church of the High Pines, Durango Cyclery, Durango DEVO & some Durango Icons.

Sunday, October 10th
Join the All-Inclusive, Non-Denominational Church of the High Pines for their morning "Service". 10am departure from bread (42 CR 250). For additional information contact Larry Goldstein at goldsteins@yahoo.com.

Monday, October 11th
Join Chad Cheney of DEVO and Russell Zimmerman of Durango Cyclery for a Pub-to-Pub evening MTB ride. Meeting at the Irish Embassy Pub (9th and Main) at 6:30pm, roll out at 7pm for a short and sweet night ride in the Test Tracks, then return to the Pub. Lights will be required for this fun adventure ride ending in the dark. Join local Cycling Icon, Hal Mclean on a trip to the west side. Hal says, "Cherry Creek or something like it." Additionally Hal says; "Old School, Big Fun, Nooo Racing". Departing at 10am from Christina's Bar and Grill at the Best Western Durango Inn and Suites (21382 US Hwy 160 - west of town). Thursday, October 14th
Join Wade for a Tour of eastern La Plata County on Road Bike suitable dirt roads chosen for their smoothness and beauty. Departing at 10am from The Upper East Side Deli (28902 US Hwy 160 - east of town). Please park at Mercy Medical Center (on the north side of the highway). Friday, October 15th
Patti Rosenthal is leading a Mountain Bike Love Ride for pure joy, departing the Sale Barn trailhead at 10am. For additional information contact Patti by e-mail at patti.Rosenthal@active.com.

Or join Drew for the first annual Alferd Packer trail run, departing Needles Store at 9:30am and heading up Elbert Creek to points beyond. Fall colors are expected to be top-notch. Contact Drew at drew@boure.com for more information.

Saturday October 16th
Join the Durango Wheel Club for their group ride to Haviland Lake, Needles or Purgatory. This classic ride is 53 miles with 2600 feet of climbing. Meet at the Durango Recreation Center at 10am. Pace will be fast for some, for others, maybe not so fast.
